Smart Business 360 uses users, job roles, permission groups, and record scopes. Access is company-scoped.
What you see depends on your company, enabled modules, and role permissions. This documentation describes the product as implemented in Smart Business 360 — it does not invent extra capabilities.
Open the User Management area from the main navigation and use the screens referenced in this article.
Your role may lack the required permission, or the module may not be enabled for your company. Contact an administrator.
